Dreampt that the daiughter walked into the office asking for help clearing an unfamiliar pistol; this is unusual because none of the pistols in the house are unfamiliar to her. Then I see it’s a Luger; the wife explains it was a spoil of war brought back from Germany by her father, and handed down to the son, whjo used it to hold up a liquor store, who sent it home with the wife, who took delivery in another country and transported it, hidden, across the border, and i was freaking the hell out at all the felonies she’d committed, but the Luger was so perfect it was as if Georg Luger had carefully handmade it himself. It was a long-barrel version with ramp sights and the original buttstock and fittings, and it was teh awesome in every way.

Did manage to stop the daughter from taking it to school for show and tell. Captured a fine example of S Marmota Monax and sent her in with that instead. Then discovered the wife also had acquired a Gold Leica, SS marked, in the original packaging.
