And another week falls by the wayside.
This has been the week from hell, notwithstanding the miserable damned weather. And not getting any better, anytime soon. But at least I have biltong.

There is another kind of a problem with the biltong.
Stomach acid apparently causes it to reconstitute into an entire deer, no matter how much or how little you eat.

There’s a problem with the food dehydrator and the biltong.
I made about five pounds. it was about all the dehydrator could practically do.
Five pounds is not nearly enough.
Not anything like enough. The dehydrator needs to be about thirty feet in diameter.
