An Open Letter to the Lottery Commission:

Look: We’ve done our part. We haven’t been spending as if we’d already won. And we purchase tickets at the prerequisite intervals.

We just feel the whole process failing us. Especially on Monday Mornings when we must drag our asses out of bed in the wee hours of the morning to go to our jobs and take the Oglet to school, instead of hibernating as should be our right.

Please get your act together. We’re not looking for a huge win, a quarter of a billion or anything like that, we just want enough to finance a long nap every year. November until, say, May.

Regards
The Ogs

Exploder done

The last things I had to do were to put the radiator guard and the fuel tank skidplate back in place, and I got that handled this morning. And then took ‘er out for a ride.

I’m not gentle to cars. The Exploder has been used, and not used gently. And today I took it through it’s paces- certainly, not the kind of rockcrawling nastiness that Dick does to a vehicle, but I picked a wheel up here and there.

And everything seems to be fine. I’m tickled. And though it needs a cleaning, it’s good to have her home.
