We will, if all goes well, meet at the Buffalo Range, in Ottawa, Illinois. Per person is $20. I will see what I can find out about a group rate. I have not personally been to this range but I’m told it’s a good one by several people who go there frequently. I’ll be checking out more as the week goes on.
Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain
It seems (based on my very informal polling) that the best dates are the weekend of the 14, 15, and 16 of July. That is where we begin the plan, now we must plan the work. So we can work the plan. I would quit this job tomorrow, without a trace of sorrow, if I only had a brain.
I don’t expect anyone to be there all three days, but I’m gonna try to arranghe activities for as much as possible. Suggestions, please.

Knowing that no cartoonist’s personal life is ever completely separated from his cartoons (makes you wonder about Gary Larson, doesn’t it?) I am wondering: Is there something we should know, Chris?
