what the hell I’m doing awake at five AM, other than possibly trying to make my nights even more horrible from lack of sleep.

Nice to see someone in the blogosphere get what they deserve.

Kudos to all the people who made that happen. I am humbled yet filled with pride to know them all.

Today, apparently, the cosmos chose to reveal one of it’s mysteries to me. As I stood at the kitchen window this morning, drinking a glass of water, I felt something on my foot, and looked down to discover the household moron had untied my shoes, and was eating one of them. Knowing the cat’s proclivity for chasing and eating nothing, it dawned on me that evil dead cats are stalking me and attacking my shoelaces. Mystery solved.
