So the soon to be useless Ebay

has decided not to sell any gun related items online. Cars, which kill more people than guns, are still quite legal and easy to sell. Swimming pools, which kill more children than guns, are welcomed. Guns were actually never sold, but you could buy a trigger guard for that old Hopkins & allen, if you needed one, or maybe a nice new stock for your Winchester. But no, even though none of those parts were actual firearms, nor could any of them be used as a weapon, except possibly by bludgeoning someone with them, they won’t be available on Ebay anymore. Plenty of other items which can and will be used to cause the death of people will still be readiuly available, and other wondrous things, such as books of porn for gays who like young thai boys, but not any icky guns.

Scumbags. I await their fiery downfall. Pitiably I can’t make that happen.

Now what we need is a similar service which appeals to people who are interested in actual freedom.

Oh, and hat tip Ironhand, who was days ahead of me on this. OK, more than a week. Almost two. OK, I been busy.

eccentricities

As i look at the comments about Mike Savage, as I think about the people I know, it seems to me that aging brings certain eccentricities that are really remarkable. Some are odd, or harmless- and others are just plain wierd.

We all have them- I won’t let anyone take my picture, if i can avoid it. Savage, on the other end of the scale, has several homes and he rotates staying in them, as well as several studios he works from. I do believe that income enables you to become more and more reclusive and eccentric, and those eccentricities are endearing and amusing- to a point. Beyond that point, they are merely annoying.

Sweeet!

Got my lifetime CCW back today.

No more waiting. They said it was going to be 15 weeks, and it’s actually been around 8.

I’m armed again!!
