Thanks GM.

From the Auto Observer~

PONTIAC, Michigan – “The world’s largest car company is ready to respond to the public’s newfound craving for increased fuel economy with a range of smaller engines. But customers are going to have to indicate they’re really serious about downsizing their powerplant expectations. Thomas G. Stephens, General Motors Corp.’s executive vice president, global powertrain and global quality, said at the recent inauguration of the company’s new Powertrain Engineering Development Center here that he’s delighted with the engine options at his disposal for answering growing demand for better fuel economy. But that’s going to mean U.S. customers will have to signal their readiness to accept smaller engines – in effect reversing a long trend for ever-larger engines and more horsepower.”

To quote my newest old friend Dick, “Fuck you, GM”

before anyone bitches “It’s a good idea, it’s what the consumer wants” Bullshit. The consumer wants a big gas guzzling SUV, and he wants to feed it gas at $.98 a gallon. This is about starting Jimmeh Cahtuh’s second four years, the sonofabitch. And that ignorant cunt Pelosi blocking the vote on offshore drilling so she can hand it to Obamateur when he gets the Big Chair like offering him her cherry.

I have a big fucking coil of fresh rope.

I used to think

that liberalism would not, could not exist without the office of the media- and today’s situation is clear indication of that, otherwise there’s no way an empty suit sockpuppet with less experience than a high school senior who had a summer job could make it to the position Obama has- and the skrewel system certainly follows the lead of their media betters- but it seems there are actually a lot of people out there stupid enough to believe that socialist policies are good and that statism and collectivism make sense.

This morning Steve talks about the plague, and the fragility of life, and how subject we all are to the whims of nature.

I think he’s right and I think the plague he fears will come, has already come.

Stupid is the plague of the 21st century. And we have it, and you don’t even have to sneeze to spread it. It’s all around you.
