Any cubs fans who want to see their boys win this year, I can make a similar prediction, for the right amount of cash. And of course I will still need those lederhosen- though much smaller ones than previously required.
I have lederhosen, but since I haven’t worn them since I was 12, and was about 5’0″ and 90# then, you may have to lose even more weight, mein herr.
Even then, they were snug, and I could only get about a half-liter of Hofbrau down whilst in Munich…

Og, unless something cut loose yesterday, I don’t see how the Cubs are even in contention. There were at least three NL teams with better records in the wildcard race. (OK, I just looked at the standings…and there still are.)
I hate it, but there’s always next year.
Cubs clinch. Now let’s see if they can keep it up.
