Let’s get Sirius

Better than getting physical, especially with Howard

Sirius is hemorraging cash. I feel kind of bad, because they do provide a good service, and I think Sattelite Radio may be a good deal one day.

They fucked up, though, when they hooked their cart to Howie’s oxen.

Howard Stern made the unforgivable error of assuming “freedom of speech” meant “freedom to broadcast porn”. This is a classic example of failure of the eduational system to teach the Sterns of thew world the ability to separate facts from bullshit.

Howard had freedom of speech, all heneeded. He certainly had plenty fo freedom to cast aspersion on the current administration for “stifling his freedom of speech”. et me splain something to you, Howard: When you started bitching about Colin Powell’s son if you didn’t have the freedom of speech the Constitution guarantees? you’d be in jail being raped by the guy who drew the short straw.

So sirius gambles on a dirtbag, who is axious to take their money, and ever so much more anxious to be able to broadcast his bullshit (who stopped being funny the moment he stopped being creative about how he broadcast) and it looks like, loses.

I hope Stern fades into the obsurity he deserves. And I hope Sirius recovers and does well.

vman is in his cups again

And as usual, when he is, he comes forth with some core troofs. Go read. It’s what you think, don’t try to beg off it.

Electrical tape

In my life, I have purchased 470,285,0385,406 rolls of electrical tape. I have used exactly one two inch strip of each one. Wherupon they immediately get drawn into the same vortex in which currently reside my left socks, my contact lens case, the wallet I lost in sixth grade, and the keys to my 1967 Volkswagon.

When I die, I hope to visit with those missing articles, and reminisce about old times. And then immolate them with a flamethrower. Where I’m gonna end up, flamethrowers will be as common as toothpicks.

Damned electrical tape.

Dog chewed one of mom’s ultrasound cords in half and i soldered it together, but now need to cover it, and lacking heatshrink I was going to tape it neatly, and now cannot do even that.
