Well, I did saturday, and had a great time. I shot this match, and came in first in the first stage, and second in the fifth stage, and fourth overall.

Out of eight.

Shut up. I was there. I had a GREAT time, including lusting after some of the great handguns- one of the guys had an old Browning Buckmark in pristine condition. He, of course, kicked my ass almost everywhere.

The course of fire was part timed, part targeted, and part man-on-man. A damned nice day at the range. Followed by a good day with good friends in Indy.

This afternoon I managed to drag my long suffering wife out to meet some of what Tam calls “Imaginery people”. Not surprisingly, she found the crew we went to meet more entertaining than me, but she came back home with me anyway.

May I first of all say, that meeting Tam and Roberta in person was all you might expect, and more, and frankly, I’m surprised there arent already restraining orders being sworn out.

OK, maybe they are.

Good to see M Alger again, and see his pictures of the project in progress.

The balance of the party I’ll leave to people who were there ON TIME, since I managed to forget about the damned time difference and show up more than a half hour late.
