Sitting in Broad Ripple weekend before last, mentioning my knee surgery, Tam and Roberta and Alger all three winced. If you’ve had knee trouble, you know wherof i speak. Who wants to set up and manage the BroSisterhood of the Wounded Knee?

Standing in front of a sushi place this lunchtime, a woman asked me “Where is the UPS store?” I started to say “I”m not from around here” and then staggered over to the wall and smacked the side of my face against the UPS Store’s door. “Oh, here it is” and I held the door open for her. She sidled past me, looking at me as if I had three heads.
