In my opinion the FedGov ought not to be in the Marriage business anyway, and if they are in any relationship business at all, it ought to be in the “Legal partner” business which should apply equally to everyone.

But the telling thing is that no less august a person as Antonin Scalia is CRAZY! HE”S NUTS! POOF HIS ARGUMENT IS INVALID!

my company is shielding me- for the most part- from the ass-rogering that is Obamacare. Our rates are high but they didn’t inflate too much, what has changed is all the other ‘Affordable care act’ shit. All of it is designed to make people dependant on the insurance, and it is, frankly, criminal.
