By of course a 5-4. I would be thrilled that there is still some modicum of religious freedom, except that more than 40% of what are supposed to be the smartest folks in the room thought it was a good idea to use the force of law to make people to act against their religious convictions.

But make sure you don’t vote in presidential elections, because we want someone in there that can change the flavor of the supremes for the worse, and it only takes one appointment to let them take over. And don’t give me any bullshit about “Romney would have appointed someone just as bad” unless you are GOD HIMSELF, because if you are not, you don’t know. It is certain that Mitt would have acted on his religious beliefs (Which he has, and which are demonstrably strong) in appointing a Supreme. We might have had a 6-3 vote or even 7-2. hell, we might be a tiny increment moved toward taking back the nation.

We have him cordoned off into the living room, mostly, with a small “fence”. this morning he jumped over it so he could stand outside our bedroom door and pant and drool, and the slime spot I stepped in was not the way I’d like to start my Monday.

See, I start it with a rope, most times, and when the points are worn they open a shade sooner, and it causes the engine to fire just a tad before top dead center instead of after, and the backfire can pull your knuckles back into the pulley.

So I tune it once a year, and since up until now I have been too cheap to buy a new battery (It usually gets a truck hand me down) it has made it much easier to start.

So Friday on the way home I used my phone to buy a battery and some cables at Autozone using paypal, and I got it all together Friday night. So nice to just push the button and start, I’ll tell you. Now I suppose I ought to go back to getting some work done with it.
