when TV and comedy shows were new, Ernie Kovacs did a thing called the Nairobi Trio, three guys in ape suits and overcoats pretending to do “Solfeggio”.

Then the earth cooled, and tv was broadcast in color, and Harry Nillssen reprised the apes in “Lime and the Coconut” probably, I assume, an homage to Ernie.

Always makes me giggle. Then, down at the bottom of the ‘Related videos’ was Brudda Iz, who I hadn’t heard in ages.

Man, what a voice.

Probably not. I now have at least four trees to cut down, and one still on the ground from last year to cut up and discard. Due to the wood on the ground I have not mowed the back slope in over a year. I could use a little help but have you ever tried to find a kid to help you mow lawns etc? I have one kid I know, I asked his parents and they haven’t gotten back to me. Be nice to take a couple swipes at this. Lord knows I don’t have the energy to do it myself anymore.
