to empty the brass out of those boxes of 9mm and take them to the reloader. I only collected these to keep track of how many rounds I shot and I wasn’t paying attention so I went over. And in the meantime the pile of boxes were like unto furniture.

Guess it’s been time for a housecleaning for a while.

Or more, through the PPX. As evidenced not by any kind of a log but by 46 empty boxes of ammo on the floor. About a box went through the one with the threaded barrel, and then it went back in it’s case; the rest have been through the first one. Other than a handful of dud Federal aluminum rounds, and one Perfecta that had the primer in backwards, no misfires. No, the only thing wrong with this is the operator.

At probably 2000 rounds I put Trijicon sights on it. They were and are far less bright than I thought they’d be. The big yellow dot on the front is a help, and it has clarified exactly what changes i need to make to my glasses (Yes, I’m still fighting that).

Michelle Ressell from On Target Training Group improved my aim a good deal by helping me to improve my grip, ad a good deal of that is keeping the heels of my hands together. It’s hard to remember to do this, so tonight I put a rubberband around both my wrists to force me to remeber to keep the heels of my hands together. it made a difference.

I’m improving but still not enough to want to post a target.

The going is slow, but at least it’s really annoying. I have the fascia more or less done on the front of the house and the back and the west end. The east end I’m saving for the roofers, as it’s by the power lines and I’d rather they zap themselves. it will be worth whatever they charge me to have them do this.

As this project began, I purchased a 26 foot multi ladder-this model. It has been a lifesaver, and I am happy to own it. It will certainly make other projects easier. I used to work on high iron, and then I fell a few times, and lost my nerve. I also have a lot of inner ear damage, so my balance is questionable. So now I like to stay close to the ground. That’s why I don’t own a two story home.

The roofer is supposed to be here this week. I hope to have this over with. Sheesh. I have so many other things I need to obsess about.
