Two for the road

with Albert Finney and Audrey.

Watched a lot of it while chatting with, among others, the lovely and esteemed Ms O’Brien. SHe was gracious enough to invite me to join her weekly chat about politics, Illinois politics, and other crooked chicanery. A great time, if you enjoyed Ms O’Brien when she was on the air in Chicago you should come to the chat.

Anyway, Like Ms O’Brien, Audrey is a classic beauty. Perhaps the only non-full-figured woman I care for. I had not seen this movie before, and if you haven’t I reccomend it. Audrey at her (perhaps)most scantily clad.

Makes for a nice sunday- or would, if not for the fact that i have some lot work to do on the sister’s cars.

Aah, solid food.

Had some White Castle last night. OK, that doesn’t exactly count as solid food, but it was solid enough to satisfy my cravings. And a shake, though I had to eat it with a spoon (no straws, don’t want to suck out the freshly formed blood clot) (Apologies if you just ate) Can’t eat any of the crunchy, hard stuff I want most of all, but in a couple days I’ll be right as rain, and the pain is pretty much gone altogether, which is a good thing.

Anyway, starting to feel human again. I had nightmares about waking up and having Callista Flockheart tell me to put on a few pounds.

All of this will be a good dry run for what’s going on in the first part of 07, more on that later.

Damn.

Having a hole in your mouth would be ab excellent weight loss program.

Went out and had some lemon rice soup at a good local place, Just finished eating my third bowl of Mrs Grass. I could eat a light pickup truck. The wife had two razor thin slices of beef liver, and two crisp slices of bacon. I actually drooled.

The spot where I got the shot in the roof of my mouth hrts way more than teh extraction. Maybe that’ll change tomorrow. I want a beef sandwich. Dammit.
