While I dislike the corruption of the city and any of it’s inhabitants that are involved in politics, Chicago itself is a great town.
When I leave the area, for any reason, I always make a point of having a Chicago dog on my return. My favorite is Brown’s Chicken, because they’re damned near everywhere, they use a LOT of celery salt, and the consistency of the dog is invariably good.

Today I missed breakfast AND lunch, and stopped midafternoon not wanting to eat too much, had a single dog (as opposed to my usual pair) and a diet. man, that is one good dog.
