OK, I don’t give a rats ass for game shows, and never have, but today someone turned me on to the new Price is Right.

Good lord.

I don’t know how long he’ll last at it, but the man has a twisted sense of humor, and he uses it. I don’t know if the contestants even notice, or if it’s lost on them, but the facial expressions, the little snide comments…. I won’t make it a habit, but this is a hoot.

For years I’ve been wearing Sorel boots. For hunting, there’s nothing like them. I can walk all day and all night in Sorels, and my feet feel wonderful.

And then they stopped making the bastards.

Oh, everyone and their brother makes knockoffs, but the knockoffs were not so hot.

So I started looking around, as my pair os starting to get a little long in the tooth, and found out they’re back! You can now once again buy the original 1964 premium boot.

Of course, now they’re made in China.

Bastards.

Still, I can have my Sorels again.
