No, I stopped into a cutthroat station in Traverse City Michigan, ( I was about sucking fumes) and bought three gallons of petrol, and on trying to start the ride in the AM (planned to hit the station first) the damned truck wouldn’t start.

Had NO TIME to dick with it, I was on a job and had to get it done. SO I called a towtruck and they took it away, a colleague drove me to my jobsite.

An hour later, the guy calls, “I cannot find anything wrong. It runs fine. It did seem to have some crappy gas in it, so I put in some fresh and it’s running fine”

To a guy who’s oversensitive to his truck running, this was a HUGE relief. And I managed to get out of dodge and home in time for the Oglet’s softball picnic, which was doubly nice.

First time I evber saw the daughter’s team not in uniform, first time I noticed they’re ALLL heathers.

Then it dawned on me, the Daughter is a damned heather. Have to keep my eye on that.
