In my industry, there are many things that are considered impossible and improbable, and I have done almost all of them with great success. So it is no great surprise that when something I built breaks they call on me to fix it.

No matter that I always train people in theory and operation, they could fix themselves if they were even remotely motivated, but they just won’t be bothered to try.

I loved Robin Williams’ acting, especially in “What dreams may come”. I hope there is someone who loves him enough to rescue him from hell.

People will forgive you for telling lies if you do so entertainingly, Mark Twain made a career out of it. So have Keith Olbermann, Bill Maher, hell, all of the soviet style media. And tell those lies enough and they become the truth, especially if you can laugh along with the super intelligent guy on the TV set.

Nobody is interested in the boring old truth. And snark a la PJ O’Rourke is only effective with people already on your side.
