I don’t get excited about ‘Tactical” type knives, they mostly leave me cold. On the other hand, a nicely made elegant knife like this, man, I just want one.

now, My daily carry is an Uncle Henry 897, because the blade I find most useful is that thin muskrat, plus it’s handy to have the almost-linoleum-knife like Sheepfoot and the drives phillips screws easily Spey blade.

but if I was going to put a knife in my pocket and walk the earth, I think I’d very much like to have one of those kit Carsons in my pocket.

God forbid there be anything the illegals have to have on their possession to vote, you know, like an ID, but the Ogwife, being a Canadian citizen, has to have a special Resident Alien drivers license. I’m sure they’ll never do anything nefarious with THAT.

and this last couple years I have had dismal range time, but one of the things I always liked to do was to shoot a couple magazines without my prescription glasses, just safety glasses.

I don’t do it often because I prefer not to have a lot of people at the range when i do

The pitiable thing, in the end, is that I sometimes hit more reliably without my glasses than with.
