Just finished reading

“Pirate lattitudes” by Crichton.

Crichton was, in my 40’s, my go-to guy for enjoyable reading, like popcorn for the mind. Sort of who King was in my late 20’s and early 30’s. Zero substance reading material that kept me entertained and my brain working. (well, Crichton was a lot more on point, most of the time, his research was incredible and his stories often almost prophetic).

Anyway, Pirate lattitudes certainly does not disapoint. One of his assistants found it complete, on his computer, ready for print. I guess there’s another one scheduled for release soon.

I’m reading “Tale of the Tigers” by Juliette Ochieng now. Took me this long to wrest it from the ogwife, who loved it.

I know that helen thomas is not long on thought

And that she probably has no idea that Jerusalem belonged to the Jews for a few years more than she might think- the original temple was built in 957BC by Solomon, futhuchrissakes, and Islam didnt show up until what, 570 AD? 1500 years later? God forbid the old geeze crack a book once in a while, or learn a fact. Shit, she lived through most of the shit, you’d think she’d remember.

As for Bob Etheridge, mail that bastard, or call his office, and demand he quit right this very minute.

“Who are you” indeed. We’re the people who sign your paycheck, you asswipe.
