a good deal of respect for the police. Oh, there are wrong cops, but the most of them are just doing a job, and trying to do it properly.

I have no issues with them still.

But: I will be posting these signs by my doors.

Hard to believe how fascinating this stuff was when I was three. Of course, that was it’s target demographic, I suppose. Do the authors/illustrators break free of their insipid bonds at the end of the day, and curse, drink, carouse? Did they go on to illustrate “Little Annie Fannie”? Why were all the rest of the timbertoes naked, and Mom timbertoes had a dress?
